Curious about how the 8-limbed path of yoga can help improve your mental health and well-being? This group takes a deep dive into how the ancient wisdom of yoga can help us feel better and live more aligned with our truest self.

- Group structure: 8 sessions over 8 weeks

- Each session is 90 minutes long

- Learn about all 8 limbs of yoga and how you can embody each one in your daily life

- Each session includes meditation/mindfulness, discussion and/or time for reflection and journaling, and asana (movement)
