Yoga & Mindfulness

Yoga is a wonderful complement to mental health. Research shows that regular practice can modulate the stress response and alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. Additional benefits of yoga include enhanced self-esteem, greater body awareness, pain relief, flexibility, improved circulation and cardiovascular functioning, and feelings of connectedness and inner peace.
